Insight Global Executive Assistant in Irving, Texas

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to join one of our Electrical Distribution clients in Irving, TX. This role will be 100% on site (5 days per week). This individual will be assisting the CIO with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks involving calendar management, presentation prep and execution, as well as any administration tasks necessary. Assisting the CFO with secondary support.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with one or multiple CIOs to assist with managing expense reports, travel arrangements, as well as day to day calendar management

  • This individual will perform a variety of duties and tasks for the CIO and Owner(s) in which they may be directed to prepare or handle additional administrative tasks as needed

  • Maintains schedule and supports the CIO by scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, video conferences and travel

  • Prepares and maintains a variety of documents including business correspondences, org charts and presentations

  • Prepares and processes reimbursements, reconciling travel expenses and reimbursements

  • Holds communication with the board of representatives in a professional and proper manner

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a professional demeanor

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to present in front of multiple, high-level stakeholders - Wholesale distribution or Supply Chain experience null
