Insight Global Seller Success Specialist in Irving, Texas

Job Description

Seller Onboarding and Growth

* Help build a seamless process for handing off new storefronts from the Seller Acquisition team

* Support new Sellers as they create their first listing and grow their catalog

* Help Sellers progress from first sale to continuously growing revenue

* Work with leadership on scaling the onboarding experience, from product to CRM to communications

Seller Training and Enablement

* Become a master at the company best practices and effectively communicate that to sellers, one-to-one and one-to-many

* Share and receive insights across team members for optimal business and technology strategies

* Build automation into your workflows to work as effectively as possible

* Develop feedback for the Product team on how to simplify and improve seller tools

Seller Relationships and Reporting

* Give the company a competitive advantage by building deep, lasting relationships with Sellers

* Understand the Seller mindset and anticipate the needs and preferences of the Seller market, communicating this across the organization

* Build reporting in Salesforce to apply quantitative rigor to your decision-making and best practices

Skills and Requirements

* 3+ years of professional non-internship experience in tech / e-commerce business or sales development

* Experience in pulling data and ability to use data to drive decision-making

* Experience and passion for building ground up, nascent business models/functions/products/services

* Expertise in defining and driving customer success, and product/program management frameworks & methodologies

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

* Customer-obsessed with high-quality standards for delivering a differentiated customer experience * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Communication, or related

* Proficient in Salesforce null
