Insight Global Sr Account Coordinator in Irving, Texas

Job Description

A Fortune 500 client is searching for an Account Coordinator to support the Americas Customer Service team for the assigned medical business, providing support to a team of representatives, specialists, and team leads. This is a high-impact team with responsibilities including sales order management, customer master data management, order status management, order tracking and tracing with Logistics, quality notification entry, and more. They will be handling 15-20 clients on a day-to-day basis handling customs documentation and managing materials trans-continentally all while ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with sales, planning/scheduling, logistics, and finance to ensure that the enterprise-level customers have the information they need in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements

- High School Diploma

- 6+ years of Customer Associate/Account Management experience

- Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, and JDE)

- Ability to multi-task and manage orders/ materials

- Data Entry experience

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel

- Import/ Export Experience

- Order Management Experience

- SAP Knowledge

- Conflict resolution skills

- Advanced time management skills with ability to self-manage incoming requests and demands based on deadlines and business/customer requirements - Salesforce experience

- Lean Six Sigma Certification

- Bachelor's Degree with Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline null
