Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Back-End Software Developer to join our client Golden Entertainment here in Las Vegas. This person will support the knowledge transfer from their legacy gaming system to their new system. They will be responsible for implementing new software requirements, new feature requests, as well as assess and handle any bugs that may arise on either the old or new gaming systems (bar top and slot machine games). The developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using C# and ASP.Net Core. They will implement REST APIs to enable seamless communication between front end and back-end systems as well as optimize application performance and ensure scalability by implementing best practices and efficient code. On a daily basis this developer will work closely with front end developers to integrate backend services with user interfaces developed using Angular and TypeScript. The developer will incorporate and utilize messaging systems such as RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication between microservices. They will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. They will also conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Lastly, this developer will need to stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our development processes.

Skills and Requirements

· 3+ years of full stack development experience

 · 3+ years of experience with Angular, C#, .NET, HTML

 · Experience with ASP.NET Core

 · Experience with REST API's and microservices architecture

 · Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines Experience in the casino gaming industry null
