Insight Global In-Home Manager in Los Angeles, California

Job Description

An employer in Crenshaw, CA is looking for an In-Home Manager. The Manager will be working out of the center Monday through Friday, taking over in-home appointments when needed. The manager will be overseeing a team of In-Home RNs, CNAs and scheduers by leading morning meetings to discuss triage, help with scheduling, priority management, and more. We are looking for someone who is willing to help build out a new team and wear multiple hats.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Pay range is between $107k-$127k. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

3 yrs experience in the last 5 yrs in home health, primary care, or health facility

1 year of supervisory or administrative experience

Comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping to build out a new team null
