Insight Global is assisting a global manufacturer of luxury glassware in their search for a customer service representative that will be sitting in Louisville, KY. The ideal person in this role is comfortable interacting with current and future clients with purchases and any product related issues.

Skills and Requirements
Strong communication skills
Inbound and outbound customer service experience
Comfortable being in an onsite setting
1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
Excel experience - CRM experience
Microsoft Office 365 null
