Insight Global Network Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description

Our client, an American steakhouse chain, is seeking a Network Analyst to join their team of 5 and assist with a backlog of networking related initiatives. The responsibility of the Network Analyst will be to troubleshoot issues over the phone with onsite technicians for their stores and assist with tickets via ServiceNow ticketing system. The Network Analyst will assist the onsite technicians install TPL Link switches in the store (sometime using the existing switches, sometimes 2 new pre-configured switches), install pre-configured Remote Manage UBS systems to turn on/off outlets, and support tickets related to circuit/load issues, contacting a site manager or local technician, identifying issues with a modem, and troubleshooting modems as needed. There are roughly 10-15 inbound calls per store, the team will provide training to the Network Analyst prior to taking the inbound calls on their own. The ideal candidate is a self-start, passionate about networking, and eager to learn.

Skills and Requirements

* 1-3 years of networking experience

* Experience troubleshooting switches

* Strong customer service experience with the ability to provide over-the-phone support * Network+ certification

* ServiceNow ticketing system null
