Insight Global Water Treatment Process Senior Project Engineer or Manager in Manchester, New Hampshire
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Water Treatment Process Senior Project Engineer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing water treatment projects, with specific expertise in addressing water source availability, PFAS contamination, and treatment technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and constructing water and wastewater treatment systems, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for projects involving water treatment upgrades, including detailed design, pilot testing, and leading a design team from 0-100% design to contractor selection
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team for projects that include ultra-pure water and drinking water systems, water reuse, system integration, permitting, and client-specific projects
- Expand the professional network through collaboration with peers in water practices and contribute to technical and business development efforts
- Provide technical leadership for planning, studies, budgeting, and coordination of multi-discipline engineering efforts
- Supervise staff and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and mentor staff in the group
- Effectively communicate water and wastewater design concepts to clients, participate in project scoping activities and proposal presentations, and maintain positive client relationships
Establish strong collaborative relationships with senior management
Location: New England (Portland, ME/Manchester/Boston)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000 (20 years of experience)

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in providing technical management of water/wastewater treatment projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
- Professional Engineering license (required)
- In-depth knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes and experience coordinating various engineering disciplines involved in treatment plant projects
- Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, communication, computer, and technical writing skills
- Strong team building and communication skills
