Insight Global HR Workday Analyst in Marietta, Georgia

D2D:

A healthcare system based in Georgia is looking for a HR Workday Analyst to join their team. This analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements from HR teams throughout the system, to create and manage dashboards that fit their analytical needs. At large, the analyst will be helping with a new initiative to centralize and build out HR reporting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; gathering, developing and tracking key HR metrics, presenting dashboards to customers, organizing and centralizing legacy data, conduct bench mark studies, provide training and support to customers.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in any of the following:

o Administration/management

o Human resources

o Statistics

 5+ years experience working in HR analytics or related field

 Prior experience working with Healthcare providers/payers

 5+ years experience with the following tools

o SQL

o PowerBI

o Tableu Snowflake Experience null
