Insight Global QA Manager in Marietta, Georgia
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced hands-on QA Manager to join the team and ensure the quality and performance across applications. You will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, and reporting on various types of testing activities, such as functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing. You will also manage and mentor a team of test engineers, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and practices. Pay Rate can range from 75-95/hr depending on years of experience, skills and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience in software testing, including 2 years of leading test teams
Experience testing Oracle Cloud Applications
Familiar with testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries
Experience with tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla
Experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) or Oracle Test Manager null
