Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager. This leadership position involves overseeing processes, controls, reporting, and personnel management. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a performance-driven mindset. They will optimize technology and infrastructure to achieve growth goals, financial strength, and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Lead and develop a high-performance operations team to achieve leadership excellence and operational success.

 Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and compliance with legal standards.

 Cultivate a culture of accountability and performance within a team-oriented environment.

 Act as a key player in driving the business forward, meeting objectives for sustainable financial growth.

 Recruit, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff to maintain service quality and safety.

 Implement quality assurance protocols and customer service excellence to foster positive client relationships.

 Liaise with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, and suppliers to improve pharmacy services.

 Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue enhancement.

 Spearhead operational strategy design and process improvements for long-term business viability.

 Conduct complex analyses to guide decision-making, ensuring productive outcomes and strategic growth.

 Champion change management, risk mitigation, and project ownership to optimize business performance.

Skills and Requirements

10 15 years of leadership in pharmacy operations, with a strong grasp of industry regulations and best practices.

 Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, communicate clearly, and solve problems in a dynamic healthcare setting.

 Skilled in using pharmacy management software and adapting to technological advancements.

 Experience working with other divisions such as Customer Support and Call Centers

 Experience with budgeting, inventory management and pharmacy operations

Education:

 Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.

 Professional certification in pharmacy management or a similar discipline. null
