Insight Global Information Security Manager in Mcallen, Texas
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Information Security Manager to join our team. In this role, they will play a critical role in safeguarding Lonestar Bank's data and systems by overseeing and leading a team of security analysts, and providing guidance on threat identification and mitigation. As a backup to the CISO, they will also be involved in strategic security decisions.

Skills and Requirements

A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
Experience with security tools (Varonis,SentinelOne, Secureworks)
Strong understanding of security frameworks & controls (NIST)
Deep understanding of network infrastructure
MFA conditional access
Web application firewalls (WAF) experience (Cisco, Palo Alto)
Patching, vulnerability scanning (Qualys, Tentibol) and risk assessments
Experience securing APIs
IDS and IPS knowledge
Syslog/Logging, single sign-on (SSO) configuration, Intune, and phishing simulations
SailPoint experience null
