Insight Global Executive IT Support in Miami, Florida

Job Description

We are searching for a professional, energetic and extremely well rounded IT technologist to join an elite and white glove service Executive Support team. This team is responsible for supporting C level and Executive individuals locally and across multiple locations nationwide. He or she will need to be onsite in downtown Miami 5 days a week. The current team is comprised of 3 other individuals providing top level support and they are looking to add one more team member. This individual must have an extensive IT troubleshooting background specifically with Windows and MAC OS, laptops, PCs, video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, etc), mobile devices and peripherals. He or she should have an in depth understanding of how to troubleshoot Outlook, networking, printers, imaging and must be able to learn quickly. We are looking for an individual who can think on his or her feet and who has a curious and analytical mindset. He or she should be able to look at a problem and come up with new and improved ways of solving that issue for the Executive. He or she must also be able to stay calm in high pressure situations and be used to handling VIPs and their support staff. This team also troubleshoots a fair amount of video teleconference issues, wireless and wi-fi access, along with Office365 issues. We are looking for a team player and also someone who can thrive in a sometimes chaotic environment.

Pay Rate: $50-58/hr

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within IT Support

  • White glove support experience

  • Experience troubleshooting video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom, etc)

  • Troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, Printers, Active Directory, network protocols, etc.

  • Experience troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhones/Androids)

Extremely polished and able to deliver white glove service under pressure - Experience with Intune for mobile

  • Experience with Crestron and/or Biamps for video conferencing

  • Experience supporting C-level executives null
