Insight Global Project Manager in Middle River, Maryland
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to sit hybrid out of Middle River, MD (3 days a week onsite). This candidate will be responsible overseeing delivery and timeline of the implementation of a new CRM. They will act as a liaison between the vendor and internal teams. They will need to be a good communicator and work efficiently on their own.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience managing a large project, preferably a CRM implantation within a contact center or helpdesk
- Experience tracking the timeline of a large project
- Knowledge of software development
- Experience working as a liason between a vendor the internal team including IT, engineering, contact center team
- Must be a team player - Launching a new CRM vendor
- Experience with SAP
- Experience working in an agile environment null
