Insight Global Policy Control analyst in Midlothian, Virginia

Job Description

One of Insight Global's top Credit Unions clients is looking for a Policy Control Analyst. The Policy Control Analyst is responsible for engaging with business units, legal compliance and risk management groups to gain insights into operational procedures and product offerings. They will be utilizing their analytical expertise to examine and integrate risk management frameworks into business operations and product development. They will synthesize the collected data to devise strategies aimed to mitigate risks inherent with the business processes and product lines. They will be responsible for offering strategic advice to business divisions on the practical applicant of risk management policies.

Skills and Requirements

  • 4+ years of related experience

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Exceptional writing skills on an enterprise level

  • Demonstrated experience in business or technical writing, including creation and implementation of formal policy and procedure documentation

  • Ability to independently research, interpret, and apply regulatory requirements and industry-standard best practices to technical and business practices. * Previous experience working in a banking of financial institution

  • Risk Management Certification

  • Risk Management experience in a financial institution setting or regulatory agency (e.g. NCUA, FDIC, OCC, FRB) null
