Insight Global Atlassian Application Administrator/Engineer in Milford, Ohio
Job Description
An IT Software Company is seeking a direct hire Atlassian Application Admin/Engineer to join the team for a direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Linux/Unix System Admin and Engineering responsibilities. Additionally, strong Atlassian application management experience is strongly desired. The team is currently working on many projects, including upgrading to Rocky Linux and ensuring that security remains intact through the process. outside of this project, this person will be expected to installing, configuring, troubleshooting and deploying many applications. The environment is ON PREM and there is an on call rotation for after hours support.

Skills and Requirements
ON PREM experience (and comfortable not working in the cloud)
Atlassian Application Management/Configuration Experience (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.)
Linux Sys Admin/Engineering Experience (mostly a redhat environment)
Monitoring tools: Grafana or Prometheus
Automation experience: python, PowerShell, Perl
Infrastructure as Code experience: Ansible/Jenkins - experience working with offshore teams
Gitlab experience
Security/Firewall experience
HA Proxy experience null
