Insight Global Talent Intelligence Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a mid-level, Talent Intelligence Specialist to join the team of one of our largest pet retail clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and nurturing top talent within their organization. Your primary focus areas will be research and analysis using LinkedIn Insights, Draup, and BLS/Census, strategy development, and collaborating/networking with various business teams, especially talent acquisition. You will conduct market analysis on talent markets across multiple locations and job profiles. This includes competitor identification and intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and total addressable market analysis. This is not a candidate-facing role, but rather operates on the back end of an organization handling data and insights. To be successful in this role, you must be eager to learn, love to work with data, and collaborate with other business teams. This opportunity can pay between $23-31/hr based on years of experience and location.

Skills and Requirements
-3-6 years of experience working in talent intelligence or talent sourcing
-Eager and proactive personality
-Local to a Chewy hub location (Minneapolis, MN, Seattle, WA, Boston MA, or Plantation, FL)
-Experience conducting market analysis and/or talent searching using data -Experience working in the veterinary or pet industry null
