Insight Global REMOTE - Product Manager in Morristown, New Jersey

Day to Day

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to join one of our largest contact center clients and sit fully remote. This person will be joining the Solutions and Technology Team focusing on Hybrid Cloud API solutions and overseeing a specific set of Innovation Software and Professional Service offers. They will be responsible for taking those offers from conception to market launch and to leverage commercial strategies that drive adoption of new offers in the market globally. This is hybrid role of both Product Management and Offer Management. This role will be accountable for overall strategic planning and management needed to design, develop and deliver software and services to the market and manage them through their lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management and launching new SaaS offers in the large enterprise market space

  • 7+ years of experience working in the communications software industry, specifically contact center and unified communications

  • 2+ years of experience working with AI integrations to communications applications

  • Understands technical integrations across multiple platforms and technologies including CCaaS, SaaS, 3rd party, SDK's and API's, AI

  • Previously worked with cross-functional stakeholders, such as product & program management, marketing, services, sales, legal, finance, and go-to-market teams so that the offer is a holistic solution for customers and absorbed quickly and successfully in the market * Experience in Professional Services Offer Management

  • Google AI and CCAI experience a plus

  • Advanced degrees null
