Insight Global Sterile Processing Supervisor/Quality Educator in Morristown, New Jersey
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sterile Processing Supervisor/Quality Educatory for the SPD in our large healthcare client in NJ. This individual will be responsible or the quality assurance of the SPD and facilitate the monitoring, evaluation of quality and safety. They will be collecting data and summarize their statistics for need of improvement and education to the team/hospital, specifically within the Flexible Endoscope process. They will audit all units within the SPD with regards to storage and integrity and document based on the schedule.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 3-year experience in a Supervisory role
Minimum of 6 years within Sterile Processing
CRCST, CHL (certified healthcare leader), and CER (certified endoscope preprocessor) certifications
Knowledge of AAMI standards, state guidelines and joint commission for Sterile Processing
Excellent audit and organization and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Tertiary background- acute care hospital null
