Insight Global REMOTE Implementation Trainer in Morrisville, North Carolina
Job Description
Our client is looking for an Implementation and Training Specialist! This role is remote but requires 50% travel nationwide. This position will visit dental practices to implement a system upgrade and train the practice on the software. The specialist will be the sole representation onsite but will have technical support and escalation teams. The ideal candidate has strong communication and client facing skills. There will be full training provided and a shadowing period.

Skills and Requirements
-Strong customer service and communication skills-service minded
-Able to travel onsite to client sites 50% nationwide-must live around 30 minutes from a major airport
-Dental background, experience with Dentrix enterprise OR software training/implementation experience null
