Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Manager to join thriving, local community hospital in Nappanee, ON. We're looking for top talent and candidate who wants to be part of an elite team. The candidate would be responsible for processing end to end payroll for Hospital employees. The candidate needs to be sharp, smart, and have an analytical mindset. The candidate should also have experience managing or running end-to-end, complex payrolls that cover different union groups. They should have their CPM (Certified Payroll Manager) and have worked in problem-solving or complex process improvements within the payroll.

Skills and Requirements
CPM designation
3-5 years of end-end payroll management
Unionized Payroll Processing
Knowledge of integrated HRIS systems Knowledge or experience of Quadrant null
