Insight Global Cost Optimization Lead in Naperville, Illinois
Job Description
As the IT Cost Optimization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the IT Organization in achieving the budget targets set for the IT functions following the 2023 spin-off of the North American cereal business. You will act as a key advisor, facilitator, and executor, ensuring alignment of strategic objectives within the planned budget. This will mean looking across organizational goals, efficient operations, and effective communication within the IT department and across other business units to achieve the budget objectives with full transparency of services and costs.

Skills and Requirements
+10 years of experience working in a large, enterprise environment
Experience managing multi million dollar project portfolios
Extremely organized and comfortable in a project with many moving pieces
Experience engaging with stakeholders
Excellent communication and people skills
Characteristics: Bold, able to speak up when needed & hold their own null
