Insight Global Reference Data Manager in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Description
A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Reference Data Manager to join their team. This resource will oversee the day to day operations of 10 team members, both onshore and offshore, as this team builds out a security reference master. They will be working with various investment and technology groups, assigning day to day tasks as this team implements data strategy and processes in place to take on this project. This resource needs to understand financial and investment data as this team will be working with the equity and fixed income side of house, and with their data within their system and will assign tasks to streamline those job and project functions. This team also has several junior to mid-level resources, so as the manager you will need to be able to train, coach, and assist your direct reports on how to implement best practices, approach problems, and implement solutions within the data systems as they build out the security master.

Skills and Requirements
-3 years of relevant reference data experience, security reference experience, lead data security, or governance, etc. experience.
Experience working within a financial firm or asset management firm.
Ability to train and develop junior resources
Experience or strong understanding of security reference/ reference data
Understanding of Fixed Income Data, Equity Data, Benchmark Data, Index Data, etc.
Strong understanding of investment cycles.
Local to Nashville, TN and available for hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)
If not local to Nashville, open to relocating. null
