Insight Global Senior Business Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee
Job Description
As a Senior BA in a large healthcare organizations case management group, you will be tasked with optimizing operations and improving patient care. The day to day include using strong presentation skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio to create visuals. You will be gathering requirements and documenting the larger more detailed requirements in confluence. You will be focusing on creating a way to copy and paste the ADO tickets. There will be a daily product standup and there are typically backlog grooming sessions every other day. There are different core group teams that you will be apart of and will take notes for the teams along with PM's. You will also work with the developers to achieve certain outcomes.

-Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
-Microsoft Visio experience
-Confluence experience
-Agile ticket platform experience like azure dev ops or Jira (they use ADO)
