Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee a small team of 2. This person will be the SME for our clients Marketing Automation Platform. They will oversee 2 employees consisting of a Data Analyst and a Marketing Lead Generation employee. This team is responsible for the execution of campaigns, primarily in the email marketing space. This will include timeline, identifying target markets, and executing on the email campaigns themselves. This team is also responsible for monitoring performance and reporting findings to the rest of the Marketing team. This person will be leading meetings with upper management and executive across the organization.

Skills and Requirements
* 5+ years of experience within a Marketing Automation Platform
o SAP Marketing Cloud or any similar platform (Adobe, Salesforce, additional SAP platforms)
* Experience within email marketing -- preference on an internal system rather than using an external vendor
* Excellent soft skills with the ability to participate and lead meetings with upper-level management/executives
SALARY RANGE BASED ON EXPERIENCE: 110-135K * * Bachelors' degree in Marketing or Business null
