Insight Global Sr. Product Manager in New Port Richey, Florida
Job Description
This person will be managing one UX designer, talking to customers (other brands) directly and bridging the gap between their other 94 products. They will also be working directly with the technical team and helping give the UI/ UX team inputs of workflow and writing requirements.
Product Strategy:
* Develop a clear product strategy and roadmap for the KitchenConnect platform, with a focus on serving the needs of the commercial foodservice industry.
* Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions about the product direction.
Requirements Gathering:
* Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
* Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product specifications and projects.
Product Development:
* Work closely with customers to define features then engineering and design teams to bring new features and enhancements to life, ensuring the product is developed to meet original design intent and customer expectations.
Market Research:
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products and features.
* Analyze competitor offerings and make recommendations for product improvements and differentiation.
User Experience (UX):
* Champion user-centered design principles to ensure an excellent user experience.
* Directly manage designers and researchers to gather insights and optimize the user experience.
Product Launch:
* Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, documentation, and customer training.
* Monitor the success of product launches and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring:
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of the product.
* Analyze data and user feedback to drive product improvements.

Skills and Requirements
- Pay rate: 50-55/ hr
* Minimum 7 of years of experience in product management with increasing responsibility.
* Product management and marketing skills
* Excellent communication and interaction skills at all levels
* Hands on experience (not just leading a team)
* AWS/ Azure - AWS preferred but any cloud is fine
* Ability to manage deadlines and complexity and to think and problem solve analytically and creatively
* Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and presentation skills
* Teamwork orientation: ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Leadership, collaboration, negotiating skills and strategy development
* Business acumen and financial experience in modeling and business case development
* Working knowledge of computer software; demonstrated competence with spreadsheets, database applications, and presentations * Master degree is a plus.
* Some understanding of technology of food services
* Experience working with IoT, Digital or Web product management, preferably in a Platform application, is a plus.
* Experience working with B2B enterprise cloud solutions, is a plus
* IoT, Digital, and web application functional knowledge a strong plus null
