Insight Global Clean Energy Outreach Project Manager in New York, New York
Job Description
One of the largest utilities in the Tristate area servicing all 5 boroughs and Westchester County is currently looking for a Project Manager in the Clean Energy space to join their Non-Pipeline Solutions group in the NYC office.
The Non-Pipeline Solutions team is responsible for identifying and implementing alternatives to investments in gas system infrastructure by incentivizing customer adoption of electrification and energy efficiency, also known as Non-Pipe Alternatives. As a member of the Non-Pipeline Solutions team, you'll work with the Clean Energy Manager in a leadership role to implement Non-Pipe Alternatives. This includes utilization of a diverse skillset overseeing vendors, budgets, forecasts, reporting and performance analysis, along with coordinating with internal departments for marketing, quality assurance/quality control, and measurement & verification.
You'll also participate in the development of new programs where the responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder engagement, developing Request for Proposals, drafting contracts, improving and documenting internal processes, reviewing regulatory filings and orders, and utilizing go-to market strategies. As a member of the Non-Pipeline Solutions team you will develop subject matter expertise on Non-Pipe Alternatives (NPA) regulatory framework and manage risk and resources to ensure program success.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of experience within the clean energy / utilities space
3-5 years of experience within Project Management
Experience interfacing directly with clients / stakeholders and a background in sales and/or business development
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Bachelors degree - Experience selling and/or implementing clean energy programs null
