Insight Global Project Manager in New York, New York
Job Description
A large media client is looking for a Project Manager to join the News Group team. This person will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of a range of technology projects within the department. A successful candidate will have a proven record of end-to-end project delivery in rapidly evolving digital environments. They will need to use Jira daily to build out structures, workflows, standing up backlogs, create and manage user stories through user cycles and be able to categorize them. This person will need to work quickly and define scope/drive for estimates to get results from different teams within the department and push the project over the finish line. Additionally, this person will be presenting to upper management while also managing those beneath them. It is imperative for this person to work fast, multi-task across different projects while thinking outside the box. The standout candidate will have an affinity for budget and numbers using their Excel skills to take what they are looking at within the project and evaluate their cost metrics and distill that to upper management.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
4+ years experience as a Project Manager
Experience using Jira (building out structures/workflows)
Experience creating and managing user stories/standing up backlogs
Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and communicating them effectively Plusses:
Media industry background
Excel
Jira Cloud experience null
