Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Senior Financial Analyst to join the team at one of the largest health care organizations in NYC. The Senior Financial Analyst undertakes a diverse array of accounting and reporting responsibilities, encompassing but not limited to: executing a range of accounting tasks, conducting comprehensive financial analyses, preparing financial reports, contributing to annual budget preparation, and executing special projects as delegated. Executes general accounting tasks and participates in month-end closing procedures, which involves preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Conducts comprehensive financial analyses to facilitate informed decision-making processes. This includes performing variance analysis, comparing budgeted figures with actual results and identifying significant trends.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
5+ years in accounting and financial analysis
Experience with journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliation
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
