Insight Global Senior Product Manager, Marketing Operations in New York, New York

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to support our clients Card Member Benefits Program within their Marketing Operations group. This individual will support a team of 7 managers and collaborate with peers in New York and the UK. This individual will be responsible for cross-functional communication with merchants and tech/engineering teams, stakeholder management, and customer experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following-

 Developing product roadmaps based on vision, strategy, and goals that you will contribute to forming

 Owning key stakeholder relationships across marketing and programme management

 Owning and contributing to product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results, and assessing options that best balance cost-benefit to achieve defined outcomes

 Partnering with Solution Managers to define scalable solutions that meet current and future product needs

 Creating and maintaining a feature backlog, defining product scope, and prioritizing features and user stories that maximize value and deliver against the product strategy and goals

 Delivering throughout the product lifecycle by leading sprint planning and product release plans, creating clear sprint/increment goals, and managing delivery of features through the software development lifecycle

 Monitoring product performance against targets and adapting the backlog priorities to ensure delivery against the product goals

 Identifying opportunities to reduce friction, increase automation and approval rates, and generate incremental revenue via product enhancements

 Improving efficiency, scale, and time-to-market by leveraging and enhancing our global platform architecture, in partnership with technology, design, and other acquisition product teams

 Leading, coaching, and developing an associate product manager

 Improving efficiency of planning and delivery by contributing to process and working practice improvements

Skills and Requirements

5-8 years of Product Management experience, mostly back-end (merchant communications, automations, etc.)

Marketing Operations / Enterprise Communications experience

Experience managing stakeholders and communicating with merchants

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Strong communication skills, written and presentation Experience with Jira

Card, SaaS, or Travel/Lifestyle industry experience null
