Insight Global Program Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Program Analyst to work onsite in Norfolk, VA, with the possibility of light telework. In this role, you'll serve as a key team member, contributing to the development of processes for training and personnel management of trainees enrolled in the submarine training pipeline. Your responsibilities will extend to preparing briefings and presentations to facilitate seamless training delivery for the organizations. Additionally, you'll assist in personnel policy development within the program. The role involves dynamic tasks such as training requirements assessment, gap analysis, legal policy formulation, and designing the future workforce. Effective communication, coordination with stakeholders, and relationship-building are essential.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience with submarine operations and training

      * Experience with submarine training and/or personnel management

      * Experience in using Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint, to assist in preparing presentations for decision makers

      * Current DoD security clearance - minimum Secret, with the ability to maintain it throughout employment * Experience with TYCOM staff

      * Experience/knowledge of Navy acquisition program office organizations and processes

*Experience working with international partners null
