Day-to-Day:
A large wealth management and financial advising company is looking to add a Billing Operations Specialist to their Billing team:
Responsibilities will include:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing operational functions.
Research inquiries from internal departments and customers to help resolve billing related items.
Preparation and submittal of billing files.
Calculation and verification of Advisory Fees Payments/Production reports for customers.
* Continuous improvement mindset to ensure accuracy and streamline processes.

Need to be a self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative
Adaptable and comfortable with changing and pivoting when needed
Have a team player mindset who supports and uplifts their other team members
This position can pay 50 - 65k.

Skills and Requirements
Must-haves:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or similar field of study OR equivalent professional experience.
Salesforce Reporting experience
High Proficiency in Excel
Minimum 1-2 years in accounting or analytical-related experience.
Minimum 2 years in a general office setting
Experience with RIA Billing Plusses:
Experience with Orion software null
