Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to bring on two Business Analysts who will be responsible for the ongoing support and enhancement of Risk and Compliance Technology (ServiceNow IRM) under the guidance of the Risk and Compliance Technology Enablement Senior Manager and Program Owners. The Analyst will immediately support key initiatives such as: Continuous enhancements and defect resolution to various IRM modules. Draft requirements and execution of the entity risk uplift and/or velocity project. Support platform upgrade testing. Support data validation and analytics.
Pay: 50-55/hr

Skills and Requirements
· 4+ years of relevant product management experience with an overall 6+ years total experience
· Experience with ServiceNow IRM or similar GRC platforms is preferred (governance risk compliance)
· Bachelor's degree and knowledge of the financial services compliance or regulatory environment is required. · Risk & compliance program experience - concepts and terminology familiarity would be super helpful so it's easier for them to talk to the business.
· Proficient Excel experience (analytics).
Pay: 50-55/hr null
