Insight Global is looking for a talented HR Generalist for a Manufacturing Client in the Osseo/Eau Claire area. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Talent Acquisition to join the team. As we transition to a Business Partner model, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping our HR strategy and supporting our employees.
Role Overview: The HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition) will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and assisting employees across various HR functions. This individual will collaborate with business leaders, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to strategic projects. The successful candidate will have a passion for employee development, a keen eye for talent, and a commitment to enhancing our organization's culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition:
* Source and attract top-tier candidates for various roles within the organization.
* Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
* Employee Support:
* Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
* Provide guidance on career development, performance management, and employee relations.
* Foster an employee-first mindset by actively listening and addressing concerns promptly.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Identify areas for process enhancement and propose innovative solutions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes.
* Contribute to the development of HR policies and practices.
* Strategic Projects:
* Participate in HR projects related to organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to adapt to changing HR trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * SHRM certification (preferred). null
