Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Manager of IT Network and Voice Operations for a Higher Education client. They will be responsible for overseeing the clients voice and network IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security and alignment with the vision and strategy. They work with various stakeholders to leverage existing and emerging technologies, such as unified communication technologies, to improve the service and efficiency of the organization. They also manage the service metrics, the IT data and voice infrastructure technicians, the operating budget and the capital projects related to the voice and network IT infrastructure

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience managing a team in a Cisco network environment
Hands-on experience with networking and telephony in complex settings
Deep understanding of leased telecommunications voice and data networks
Certifications: CCIE, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL null
