Insight Global High Net-Worth Customer Service Associate in Overland Park, Kansas

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to work for a leader in the financial industry. This person will be responsible for taking anywhere between 40-60 inbound client calls each day. They will help find solutions for any complex problems that these High Net-Worth clients with $250K+ in assets are dealing with. Majority of the solutions they'll be assisting with are related to the material from the Series 7 Licensing Exam. Overall, they will be creating high customer loyalty and provide great customer support!

* Outbound calls are expected for follow-up as needed.

* Structured/Repetitive environment

* Assist with wire transfers, unique money movement, and rollover requests.

* Consistently deliver efficient, high-quality, and comprehensive service to clients with $250k + assets

* Take ownership in the resolution of simple problems and triage complex situations.

* Accurately perform client assistance with managed accounts and other complex trades

o SALARY: $52,500 - $57,500 + $10K variable bonus paid out quarterly ($2,500 paid out every 3 months) , Total compensation: $62,500 - $67,500

Skills and Requirements

* Active Series 7 license

* Active Series 63 license or a Series 66 as it replaces 63 & 65.

* Trading experience -- can be personal trades or for a financial institute. null
