Insight Global Field Install Technician in Ozark, Alabama
Job Description
This would be for any of the surrounding cities in AL: Dothan, Enterprise, Andalusia, Troy
This candidate will join a team with a mid-size telecom company to cover their own territory in either Northern or Southern Alabama. They will be responsible for maintaining wireless/fiber network. They will also go out to customer sites and do router installs and perform general router checks. They also provide maintenance on cell sites every 30-60 days as needed. This role does require some physical labor, so need to be okay with handling cabinet batteries or other large equipment. Employees will be driving their own vehicles and mileage will be expensed. This company is looking to double its consumer size, so this is a very urgent need and great space to grow.

Skills and Requirements
* 2-4 years' experience with cabling
* AC/DC Power Experience
* Comfortable with customer facing interactions
* Cat 5/Cat 6
* Coaxial cable exp
* Hands on experience with routers, switches, computers
* Clean driving record PLUSSES:
* Wireless experience (maintaining networks)
* Proficient with Windows
* Fiber optics
* Technical Degree or background in Networking or Electronics
* Certifications : RCDD, NCTI, SCTE, BICSI
* Mechanically inclined
* Own Tools null
