Insight Global Trust & Estate Paralegal in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experience Trust & Estate Paralegal to join the Philadelphia office of an AM 100 law firm. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience supporting trust and estate work, including advanced knowledge of the administration of trusts and estates, the ability to manage confidential information with discretion, strong interpersonal skills to build a rapport with clients, and a desire to grow in the position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Lead contact for trust beneficiaries and trustees to facilitate trust distributions, working with financial advisors to maintain accurate trust investment and loan statements; facilitating the annual tax reporting statements and tax returns amongst accountants, financial advisors, trustees and beneficiaries.

 Manage day-to-day aspects of estate administration with moderate supervision by attorneys; and prepare Federal and State estate and inheritance tax returns.

 Prepare Federal gift tax returns

 Coordinate the delivery of certain family office services for a completely customized client experience.

This role sits hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, offers solid compensation and great benefits.

$75K to $110K per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefits are provided.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate

-Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Trust & Estates work

-Ability to work within Microsoft 365 -Experience with OneSource (tax return preparation system) null
