Insight Global UX Designer (HYBRID - 1 Day in Philly) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Job Description
One of our largest financial clients is looking for a UX Designer to join their growing team. As a UI/UX Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences for our digital products and services. Your focus will be on designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces that align with user expectations and business goals, ensuring consistency across applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including the marketing group, advisors, and the development team, you will ensure seamless interactions across various platforms. Acting as a liaison between customers and the development team, you will participate in stakeholder meetings to align design goals. Our team consists of 12 members, with an average tenure of 7 years, and currently lacks mobile application design expertise within the marketing group. You will be tasked with modernizing a dated interface for a trading application, enabling clients to log in, view profiles, and see holdings. The release of this updated trading application is scheduled for the beginning of July. This role requires you to be in the Center City Philadelphia office 1 day per week, so this person needs to be local to the Philadelphia Area.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer
Experience working with Mobile Application Design
Extensive experience using web-based design tools such as Figma Collaborative design, Prototyping/Wireframing, User Feedback, Styling
Experience with UX Strategy and working with Developers
Strong Soft Skills Team Player, Self-Starter, and Good Communicator Background in Marketing
UX Research experience null
