Insight Global Facility Maintenance Planner in Phoenix, Arizona
Job Description
A company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Facility Maintenance Planner. They will be responsible for developing and scheduling maintenance plans Industrial distribution equipment and systems along with operating and monitoring control devices to ensure process improvements can be accurately made. This candidate must be able to spend extended hours working inside/outside and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. They will be working on a compressed work week, Shifts may be either front or back half of the week (Day Shifts)

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with developing scheduled maintenance for Industrial Facility Utilities Equipment (HVAC, Gas/Chemical, Electrical, Water Treatment)
Experience with managing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Experience with on or more of the following area's:
Chillers, boilers, Airborne Molecular Contaminants (AMC), local air abatement, air scrubbers, switchgears, breakers, NFPA 70E, arc flash, PLC, SCADA, ladder logic, network communications, DCS, Hazardous Production Materials (HPM), bulk gas and chemical distribution, gas/chemical analyzers, Ultrapure Water (UPW), industrial wastewater treatment, acid neutralization, precipitation systems, dewatering systems, environmental/regulatory requirements IBM Maximo (CMMS) null
