Insight Global Field Project Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona
Job Description
A client is looking for a superintendent to manage the tool interconnect project with a major manufacturing facility in North Phoenix. You will be managing interconnect for wet-etch tools, including installation, cable pulls, and tool hookup.
The employee will:
Manage staff, work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management to determine timeline.
Receive materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate schedules for workers and subcontractors.
Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
This role can pay between $25 - $35 hr. experience dependent

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or Associate Degree
Minimum of 1-2 years experience is required in semiconductor or construction industry.
o Experience with light electrical/cable pulls
o Experience coordinating installation of equipment
o Experience working with trades
o Experience in a construction setting
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills: Will be managing trades and unions on construction site.
Ability to work with multiple clients and de-escalate any situations. Semiconductor tool installation background null
