Insight Global INTL- REMOTE- Agile Delivery Manager in Plano, Texas
Job Description
An employer is looking for a Agile Delivery Manager to sit remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with product, engineering and design leads to prioritize work and create a comprehensive project plan for your team based on output, dependencies and business needs for LATAM markets. You will partner closely with executive leadership and external customers to ensure the design and functionality of the applications/ platforms meets the needs for these specific external customers in their related markets. Your goal is to ensure these customers are well educated on the platforms and maximizing the impact of these ecommerce products. You will maintain project updates and documentation while leveraging Jira/ Confluence. This will include updating Jira tickets, configure/ customize dashboards, tagging structures and setup automations between Jira and other tools such as Slack. You will also step in from a Scrum Master perspective, partnering with specific Scrum teams to lead ceremonies, manage the backlog and sprint planning. Additional tasks include maintaining stakeholder documentation (Steering committee decks, meeting notes, RAID logs, etc.), identify risks to the program output and process improvement to minimize/ prevent those risks.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years experience in program/ project management
Strong knowledge around Agile/ Scrum, prior experience in Scrum Master role
Extensive Jira skills- Customizing dashboards, tagging structures and setting up automation between Jira and other tools (Slack)
Familiar with Github and CICD processes
Ecommerce experience
Experience managing external stakeholder and executive level relationships
Bilingual- English and Spanish CSM
Knowledge around conversion rate optimization and A/B testing null
