Job Description
An employer is looking for an Ecommerce Automation Engineer. Initially, you will join the team and learn the clients ecommerce/ menu systems and application environment. This team is responsible for all menu change requests, deals and promotions that are pushed out to the digital menus, web/ mobile. The goal is for you to gain substantial knowledge around the menu tools utilized and identify opportunities/ tasks that can be automated to enhance processes and functions. You will assist with identifying best practices around how to implement new deals for the menu to ensure consistent experience across all national programs. The goal is to automate as many of these tasks/ functions as possible. You will partner closely with the teams business analyst on project timelines, plans and priorities to focus on key requests coming down the pipeline. Additional tasks will include creating new deals/ promotions for new products, identify risks/ areas of opportunity for process improvement through automation and own testing for all menu and content changes. $75-90K range

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years experience in automating tasks/ functions
Strong experience with Python for automation
Jira/ Confluence experience
Process improvement knowledge
Linux and database, SQL knowledge
Basic testing and QA experience
Agile/ Scrum experience Ecommerce or menu systems experience (Ideally)
React/ Redux knowledge
