Job Description
A Fortune 100 client is needing a Scrum Master to join their Enterprise Data Management Operations team. A successful candidate will have expertise acting as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, preferably within Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Agile teams. The team that you would be joining is focused on ensuring on-time delivery for their large enterprise data warehouse migration from ECC to S4 and solving for end-to-end solutions as it pertains to their data warehouse environment. A successful Scrum Master will have some knowledge in a data warehouse implementations and understanding in how the data flows (i.e. SAP BOBJ, Azure Data Warehouse, or Teradata, etc.). A successful candidate will need to know how to navigate between teams as priorities and deliverables change. This role will require you to create sprint planning sessions, Scrum ceremonies, eliminate blockers for the development teams, work in some project management capacity, drive meetings, and create stories in ADO. Project work is a blend of onshore and offshore developers so ability to manage time efficiently is key for success. This role is based in India and candidates will be expected to start their day some time around 12-1PM IST until 11:30 PM IST to help cover engagement with US teams.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in technology
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise level software release or legacy migration environment
Certified Scrum Master Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices
Proficient in ADO
Any experience in data warehouse migration projects and understanding how data flows (i.e. Tableau, SAP BOBJ, Azure Data Warehouse, etc.)
Prior experience working in a Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or Cloud organization
Basic SQL skills (will accept proficiency in MS access)
Experience in Azure cloud preferred; will accept expertise in alternate cloud provider
Proactive in approach
Able to manage teams in dispersed geographic locations
Excellent written and oral communication -SAFe Certified
-Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
- IT Project Manager expertise (focus in SW development)
-Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc)
-Clarity PPM tool null
