Job Description
A client of Insight Global is adding a Tier 3 Support Engineer to their team. In this position you will act as a liaison between technical support and engineering teams. You will work with QA teams to improve the automated testing and ensure no further issues occur.

Skills and Requirements
Good understanding of C++, python, or Perl code
5+ Years in Network Engineering role
Strong Linux background
SQL exp
Strong communication and collaboration skills - CCNA
Redhat exp null
