Job Description
A Fortune 500 client is looking for an ERP IT Specialist on their site in Richardson, TX. This client is leading company in the Aerospace and Defense, communications, enterprise healthcare, industrial, capital equipment and energy industries to deliver solutions for their most complex challenges in manufacturing hardware solutions. The Specialist, IT Solutions will engage with site business functions to identify and advocate business process improvement opportunities through the use of IT solutions. Collect, analyze, develop, document and communicate business requirements, and work with various IT teams to develop and deliver solutions. Provide support and user training on selected systems (for example SFC, ERP and local applications). Participate in IT projects in various capacities, including project coordination and management.

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years+ of tier one manufacturing analyst experience
Must have experience working in INFOR LN ERP system
Will be responsible for calibrating mice, walking the shopfloor to assist with any tier 1 related issues
Must be able to gather and document business requirements by engaging with business partners
Experience working with various IT teams and the business partners to deliver IT solutions (tier 1 support)
Respond to system problems by analyzing the issue and determining the next course of action
Provide system training to end users
Willing to work 5 days onsite in Richardson, TX Previous MES (manufacturing execution system) experience (ideally factorylogix)
Understanding of interrelations between IT components (software, OS, databases, network, servers, etc.) null
