Insight Global Accountant in Richmond, Virginia
Job Description
Research and Development Accounting:
Handle all aspects related to research and development accounting.
Freight Invoices:
Process freight invoices, resolve any errors, and maintain accurate freight accrual balances.
Lease Management:
Enter new leases, record monthly lease journal entries, and reconcile lease balance sheet accounts.
Medical and Dental Reserves:
Account for medical and dental reserves.
Supplier Rebates:
Manage supplier rebates.
Monthly Closing:
Perform monthly closing tasks, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and various accruals.
Internal and External Communication:
Respond to internal and external questions.
Internal Controls:
Implement internal controls for assigned processes.
Reporting:
Design and prepare reports to meet various internal requirements.
Special Projects:
Complete special projects as assigned, particularly those related to SAP enhancements.
salary 75-85k

Bachelors in Accounting
3 years relevant experience
Microsoft Office Suite CPA
Public Accounting experience
SAP ERP system
