Insight Global Field Technician in Rochester, Michigan

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Break Fix Technician to join a large healthcare company in Metro Detroit. This position falls within the deskside support group responsible for providing support to field users at hospitals, health centers, and outpatient locations and will be supporting a companywide technology refresh installation.

 Troubleshoot & resolve PC hardware and software failures

 Install net new PCs such as HP desktops & laptops within a Windows 10 environment

 Provide end user support through Service Now ticketing system

$14/hr to $23/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of! employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of break fix/field tech experience

 Familiarity working within a Windows 10 environment

 Knowledge of operating systems, PC hardware and software failures

 Eager to learn & work within a team environment

 Customer service experience CompTIA A+ certification

 Hospital or healthcare experience

 Service Now ticketing system experience

 Degree or additional certifications null
