Job Description
3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years' experience managing or supervising a team
Comfortable in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Comfortable operating production line tools, machinery, and equipment
Hands-on - Able to assist operators/assemblers in daily functions
Great communication skills - Comfortable reporting findings and being involved in Gemba (shop-floor) meetings
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Comfortable supervising the activities of production personnel engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function
Associates or Bachelor's degree

Bachelor's in manufacturing related degree Insight Global is looking to hire a Full-time Production Supervisor for one of our large manufacturing clients in Rock Hill, SC. This dynamic manufacturing professional will need to be successful in planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing functions of their products. An ideal candidate for this position would have experience being hands-on in a manufacturing environment, possibly as an assembler or operator, along with experience managing or supervising a team. Their daily responsibilities would involve supervising personnel, working on the shop floor to assist workers and troubleshoot issues, and reporting findings and giving input in daily/weekly Gemba meetings. Clear communication and an ability to focus within a fast-paced environment are also key functions to success in this position. null
