Insight Global Employment Liability General Adjuster in Rolling Meadows, Illinois
Job Description
Investigates, evaluates, disposes and settles the most complex claims and highest exposures with minimal supervision. Includes the investigation, determination and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages, and the setting of proper reserves. Incumbents at this level typically hold claims reserve and settlement authority of up to $10,000 liability and/or $25,000 workers compensation or greater.

Skills and Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience
- Claims Experience with General Liability Property Damage and General Liability Bodily Injury
o School board legal claims/employers liability (due process, employment wrongful act, discrimination, etc.)
Sexual misconduct claims
Error and omissions (E&O insurance)
Employment and benefit liability
- Experience and understanding of how to review coverage drafting RORs, declinations, and thorough coverage evaluations for a claim file
o Understand how to evaluate insurance policy
- 7+ years Litigation experience end to end
- Extensive Bodily injury claims experience
o Slip n falls, trips, drownings, fatalities, suicides - Bachelors degree
- Experience handling or overseeing EEOC, Dept of Human Rights, State Board of Ed complaints, etc. would be a huge plus. null
